Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

I get chipotle typically once a week and I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with white rice, pento beans(what I believe gave me food poisoning), salsa, corn, cheese, lettuce, and guacamole. About 10 hours later I started feeling a little nauseous and had a head ache then about 20 hours later I was confined to the bathroom and had a high fever. I don't believe I will be eating chipotle again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
