Burrito bowl with steak, cheese and lettuce with rice and sour cream. Within 24 hours I had severe abdominal pains, vomiting and diarrhea. Dr sent me ER. Very dehydrated and diagnosis was bacterial food poisoning. Pains are still present 5 days strong and can take up to 14 to fully end. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
