Ordered a bowl with white rice, fajitas, steak, tomato salsa, corn salsa and hot salsa and cheese to top it off. Ate around 6:30p and about a half hour later had severe diarrhea and has continued into this morning with nausea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
