I ordered a fajita bowl with double steak, tomatoes, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Within an hour and 30 minutes I suddenly had extreme, watery stools, nausea and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
