My son ate a bowl with steak, black beans, guacamole, med salsa, & sour cream. My wife & I had almost the same except no sour cream. Within a few hrs my son got diarrhea, which lasted thru the night accompanied with vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
