Went to Chipotle around 1pm, ordered sofritas burrito bowl with my free raincheck Chipotle coupon. It had cheese, guacamole, pinto and black beans, lettuce, tomato, mild and moderate salsa. I only ate 1/2 of it. I started feeling ill around 2am, felt like I needed to vomit but ended up going back to bed. Woke up at 7, feeling queasy and just not right. Started to vomit around 9am, diarrhea around 1pm. The contents of my vomit included the Chipotle and all of the food that I ate after that. I have a low grade fever, extreme weakness, nausea, fatigue, and sensitivity to light, sounds, touch and especially smells. Hoping this will pass soon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Fatigue
