I ate a bowl with corn, chicken, lettuce, rice, cheese, sour cream, and beans. I ate it at about 2:00 and felt like I was going to puke since then and I have a minor headache. At 5:00 I barely made it to the bathroom and I threw up right away and I still feel like crap and still have a very bad headache. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache
