Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

On 11-20-15 I went to Chipotle and ordered Barbacoa burrito. White rice, meat, lettuce, pico, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese. About 2 and half days later I had fever, my body felt super heavy when on my feet, and constant diahrea slightly green shade. After a day symptoms mostly went away, after 2 days back to normal. Usually just diahrea but this time it was more.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
