Barbacoa Bowl Illness - Chipotle,

Ate barbacoa bowl with medium salsa, guac, cheese, sour cream, white rice and black beans. Woke this morning due to intense stomach pains. I feel like I'm going to die. It's coming from both ends relentlessly. I know it's Chipotle because I can see the beans and salsa :-( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
