I ate a chicken bowl with lettuce, rice, sour cream, cheese, salsa and Gauc. Within 30 minutes of being done with my meal, I ended up visiting the restroom ill. 12/11/15 and continued all day of 12/12/2015 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
