I ate a bowl from chipotle with half steak half chicken brown rice pinto beans tomatoes cheese sour cream and guac it was all good and dandy until the next day I woke up with chills a headache vomiting and a lot a lot of diarrhea I went to the ER and it was food poisoning last thing I ate before being diagnosed was chipotle. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
