Got a salad bowl with barbacoa, cheese, sour cream, guac, pico and salsa. 45 min to an hour after eating it, I felt nauseous and had stomach pains. 2 hours after eating it, I had horrible diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
