I at at 8:36pm on 6/13 it was a Tuesday, I had a bowl with chicken, white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, mild, corn and cheese with quack on the side.. and got a izzie drink with my meal. After I eat I fell like it was not tasting so well as it usually is because going trough the line the food that should be in the containers was being scraped of the containers to fill the order. I dident think of it much because I was hungry and I don't complain about food thinking all is fresh made. As I was eating it dident taste so good I finished half a bowl and threw the rest away as I was going home my stomach was hurting a little but dident think of much being what I was eating as I stood in the kitchen to get some water I stated feeling dizzy feeling of vometing I told my wife we need to go to the ER because I felt dizzy and had a feeling of passing out I got to the hospital where I used the bathroom after the hospital visit I have not been the same. I went to store 0094 in Plano TX on jun 13 2017. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
