At 2:04pm on Wednesday, Dec 13th (checked my bank statement), I bought a chicken bowl with black beans, lettuce, a little cheese, the mild sauce, and sour cream. I asked for just a little sour cream, but the woman working put a lot. In retrospect, it tasted a little off (room temperature and the texture was more watery than it should have been) and I wish I had asked her to remake it without it. I felt fine through the rest of the day and all the next day. I woke up in the middle of the night the following night (Thursday, 12/14) because I had to vomit. I've never vomitted so much in my life - I probably had to wake up 15-25 times throughout the night to "release." I didn't experience any diarrhea, just extreme nausea, dehydration, vomiting, and body aches. It happened throughout much of the following day and I was unable to eat anything or walk very far without getting a pounding headache. I felt like I was dying. Of course had to call out of work the next day. It was so bad I had to cancel a flight home 2 days after because I knew I wouldn't be up for it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Body Ache, Diarrhea
