Went to Chipotle around One'o clock payed for half chicken half steak white rice, corn, hot sauce, and lettuce. Everything was fine until later in the day my stomach felt queeze went to the bathroom at work thought everything was fine. Went home still felt the same symptoms went to the bathroom again. Everything felt fine went to bed woke up 4 in the morning with some severe stomach pain. Use the bathroom went back to bed woke up 2 more times after that, the 4th time i throw up and felt better, but still had slight symptoms after that. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
