I ate here on the evening of Monday, Oct. 3. Later that night my stomach started to hurt. Vomiting, diarrhea and fever ensued. Covid test negative., I believe the veggie tacos here I had lettuce, tomato, guacamole, beans, rice and tortillas

Got takeout on 3/2/18 for lunch, had ordered steak and beans on a salad but received a salad with an unknown meat, wasn’t steak. Ate it anyways, within an hour I was having diareah and bad stomach pains. 12 hours later my stomach is still in extreme pain.
