I purchased a chicken bowl w/white rice, tomatoes, red sauce, black beans, sour cream, cheese around 7 o'clock pm last evening. I woke up this morning running the bathroom die to diarrhea. I managed to make it to work however my stomach was cramping the whole time and I couldn't eat anything. I then became cold with the chills. This is the worse feeling ever. If I don't get any better by morning, I will go to emergency. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills
