On 4/7/18 purchased a salad bowl to include lettuce, cooked vegetables, chicken, hot salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Less than an hour after eating experienced stomach cramps, chills, muscle ache, diarrhea, and nausea. All symptoms persisted for 24 hours with stomach cramps and diarrhea lasting for several days.
