My husband and I got here last night. He got a steak bowl with white rice, veggies, and green salsa with the steak. I got a salad bowl with lettuce chicken and cheese and added stuff at home while we got a kids quesadilla with chicken and white rice for our daughter. Husband very sick about 9-10 hours later started with severe nausea woke him from sleep then uncontrollable vomiting followed by diarrreah about 12 hours after eating it. We’re thinking maybe was the steak? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
