Yesterday, my son ate a chicken burrito with white rice, hot salsa, corn, sour cream and cheese and a few hours later vomited profusely (and into this morning) and had cramping and diarrhea. I called the manager, who gave my son a refund. I wonder if it was related to the Ohio outbreak yesterday that sickened 100+ people? Supply chain issues? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
