I ordered a bowl with black beans tomato cheese corn and guacamole with their salad dressing about 2 in the morning l woke up with chills diarrhea headache and bad stomach pains. I went to the hospital hours later because the pain was getting really bad & im 6 months pregnant. They gave me IV a medication called pepsein and another med to stop the nausea. I was sent home hours later. I felt a little better but hours after being home l began to vomit 6 times in 3 hours the stomach pains came back l checked my temperature it was 102.3 today is the 3rd day no more vomiting just a bit of diarrhea and fever gone. I will never eat there again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Chills
