Food Safety Report: Chipotle Mexican Grill, Crossroads Boulevard, Cary, NC, USA.

I ate veggie bowl around 8:30 pm 20-30 mins later nausea kicked in watery mouth and horrible headache and fever... by 4am in the morning I was awake vomiting and diarrhea for hours till about 4pm when I finally went to the Urgent care for fluids and anti vomit meds. Worst stomach cramps and food poisoning I've ever had. I was sick for 5 days after couldn't eat without getting diarrhea and had to take all kinds of meds and now need to do a cleanse or something my digestion is still off more than a week later. I will never eat there again and encourage others not to they have a serious food safety issue!
