My family and I went to chipotle yesterday at 2:15 pm for a late lunch. I ordered the chicken burrito with pinto beans white rice,corn salsa,sour cream and cheese. I went to return a few items at the Home Depot and went to a family members house at 4:00. I started feeling super sharp cramps in my stomach at this time. Shortly after I went home not feeling well then I had super bad chills. The cramps continues to get stronger in my stomach and then I went to the restroom vomiting and having pure water diarrhea. I am still up ,as I have been all night and morning vomiting and shivering and Having intense diarrhea. I can't even keep water down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
