I ordered a bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, veggies, steak, hot and mild salsa, and lettuce right before closing time (9:30-9:45pm). Ate it and went to bed shortly after. Woke up around 6 am with severe fever (feeling hot and so cold I was shaking), had diarrhea, and felt nauseous.
