Carne Asada Illness Report - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Carmel Indiana

I ate at 2:00pm 12/8/2020 and I had a flour tortilla, brown rice, carne asada, queso, shredded cheese and guacamole. About 6 hours after eating this I started feeling sick and dry heaving but tried to hold it down and went to sleep i then woke up at 1am and puked violently and then every hour or so after that puked again 6 times total.
