Ate 9:30pm 11/25 steak burrito with brown rice, guacamole, mild sauce, cheese and black beans. Work up late that evening / early morning with stomach pains then I had to run to the bathroom to throw up. Unfortunately I couldn’t hold it and threw up all over my floor and walls. I still feel nauseated with a fever and can hardly keep anything down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
