Ate a burrito from chipotle around noon on Friday. It was chicken, white rice, sour cream, cheese, and black beans. There was a little lettuce snuck in too, like it had been stuck on the sour cream (cross-contaminaton). Felt bloated soon afterward. Stomach cramps and bad gas later that evening and now the next day bad cramps and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps, Bloating
