Steak & Chicken Bowl Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Southlake Texas

I arrived at 910pm last night (9/21/17). Ordered a steak and chicken bowl with black beans and corn. My wife ordered a kids meal, tacos, just chicken rice and lettuce. At around 3am I started having sweats and felt cramping. I got up and instantly need to throw up. This lasted about 4 hours, I had stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, sweats. I felt a little better this morning, but it started all over again this afternoon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating
