on Saturday May 4 around 150pm I purchased a chicken bowl with rice pinto fajitas tomato corn mild sauce lettuce. I have severe abdominal cramps severe diarrhea nausea chills body aches and vomiting since Sat. I had been to urgent care. I’m still sick, within 3 hours of eating. that was the first meal of the day. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache
