Salad Causes Severe Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Towson Maryland

I got a salad last night with lettuce, black beans, chicken, all of the salsas, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. I ate with 2 other people but neither got any lettuce. Ate around 715pm. Within an hour I had diarrhea, severe stomach cramps, and nausea. Started vomiting around 1am and had a fever, was very lightheaded and felt very weak. It is now 9am and I atill have all of those symptoms. I will never eat at any Chipotle ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Lightheaded
