I ate at the Chipolte Mexican Grill on Grand Ave. in MN at 1:30 pm on 8/15/17 and ordered a Chicken Burrito with white rice, pico, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. By 4:00 on I had severe food poisoning symptoms that required transport by ambulance to the hospital and was admitted for observation for 2 additional days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
