I ordered using Grub Hub for a burrito bowl consisting of Carnitas, Lettuce, Cheese, Fajita Vegetables, and Tomato Salsa on 7/13/19 around 7pm. As I ate it, my stomach started burning. Then hours later, I had a burning sensation inside my digestive system and stomach aches. I tried to ignore it and got ready for bed. As I sept, I woke up to excruciating pain on my lower abdomen and lower back. I first thought it was from holding my pee but as as I got up, I couldn’t walk. Felt weak. I managed to go to the restroom to relieve myself. But as I emptied my bladder, the pain was still there. I then had a sudden urge to poop. As I sat there, the pain started burning as the stool moved. And as I pooped, it was watery and painful. It was 3am then. I sat there until 7am as it was really burning and painful. Non stop diarrhea and pain. I had to drink lots of water because I could feel dehydration coming over me. It is now Monday and I get frequent bouts of it. My intestines still are burning and I will have to visit the ER to find out what’s wrong with me. I hope it goes away because I started a new job and don’t want to lose it over a damn burrito bowl. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration, Other, Weakness, Stomach Pain
