I went to chipotle on may 23rd for my lunch break. I ordered a burrito with blackbeans, browns rice, chicken, salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce.. i felt perfectly fine up until i got home from work at 530pm.. i went to lay in my bed and found out i was unable to move due to headache, muscle soreness, dizziness, and a headache that i still have today.. i ended up vomiting all the chipotle up around 2am on may 24th.. it is currently may 25th and my head ache is still pounding, my insides still hurt from vomiting, and i still have no appetite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Soreness, Loss of Appetite
