Burrito Illness: Cramping, Diarrhea - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Heath Ohio

I ate a chicken burrito with brown rice, hot salsa, lettuce, corn, and cheese. I ate this at approximately 6pm on 12/31/2018 and by 9 pm I was shitting like a goose. All day 1/1/2019 I had it coming out both ends. On 1/2/19 Iv still got nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhea.
