We had Chipotle catered to a party last night. We ordered the typical catering package. I ate the rice, lettuce, guacamole, cheese, and mild salsa). Food arrived (ahead of delivery schedule) at 5pm. Food was set up and eaten between 5:30 and 6pm. I got a horrible headache and felt fatigued. Over the course of the next few hours I began feeling feverish (chills, hot flashes, etc.) and dizzy. By 11pm I was feeling nauseous and I vomited at 12am, then again at 2am and 4am. I also vomited the following day and retained my fever/fatigue. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Fatigue
