On 04/14/19 at roughly 9:45 p.m.,my friend grabbed me a burrito on her way to my place. It had chicken, black beans, white rice, mild and corn salsa, queso, and guacamole on it. When I finished it, my stomach was upset, but I figured I had just eaten too much. The next morning I was in so much discomfort from weakness, nausea and stomach cramping that I could barely stand. I went to work and was promptly sent home when I couldn’t be on the sales floor for more than 30mins without needing to sit down. On my way home, I had to stop so often to use the restroom that it took me over 1.5hrs to make a drive that usually only takes me about 30mins. The next day I ended up having to call out of work as well due to diarrhea so severe I couldn’t go more than 10 minutes without needing to use the restroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Weakness
