I ate at Chipotle on Mall Blvd in Savannah, Ga on January 3rd at 3:30 PM. I had a Sofritas bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, all three of the salsas, corn, cheese, and lettuce. About 45 minutes after eating I experienced severe abdominal cramping and chills and fatigue. Later in the evening I began to throw up and have diarrhea. I threw up about 20 times during the night and the next morning. I could not keep liquids down and became very confused at which time I realized I had a fever of 102.5. I crushed up a fever reducer and forced myself to keep it down to lower my dangerously high fever. About one hour later my fever had lowered to a safe level and I called the health department in the county in which the restaurant is located. They sent an inspector out, but were unable to do any lab tests. When I spoke with the inspector a few minutes ago for an update, she told me I should call headquarters. I called Chipotle and was redirected to their website where I wrote an email. I'm pretty upset about what I just experienced, definitely will not be a Chipotle customer anymore, and based on the recent frequency of complaints here it seems there may be a serious issue with there sanitation standards... again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Fatigue
