Had a burrito bowl at 525 market. Chicken, fajitas, mild salsa, hot salsa, corn salsa, sourcream, cheese, lettuce. On Monday 3/19. Got vomitting, diarrhea, fever following day. Was hospitalized the day after that, required 4 one liter bags of iv and a round of antibiotics.Waiting for stool sample and blood tests to see exactly what got me, but it was really bad. Not able to still eat solid food and my stool is extremely watery with me needing to deficate every thirty or so minutes even 3 days after initial poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
