Severe Burrito Illness Ordeal - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Middletown Delaware

On Sunday night I had a burrito from Chipotle (sofritas, lettuce, tomato salsa, sour cream, cheese). Monday morning around 3am I started having stomach cramping. By 5am the vomiting began. And that was just one end, if you catch my drift. I would not have wished this on my worst enemy. I vomited every 10-20 minutes from 5am until 1pm, I never left the bathroom. It only slowed down at that point because my parents called my doctor and brought me an anti nausea medication, which gave me about 1-2 hours of peace between vomiting. When I say I have never experienced any illness like this before, I am not exaggerating. I am now reading about all of the food born illnesses from Chipotle and I am horrified. 48 hours later I am still experiencing stomach cramping, diarrhea, fever, & headache. I have managed to keep down water & some Gatorade. Not a good time. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
