I got a bowl with chicken , lettuce , pico , sour cream, corn & cheese yesterday & about 5 hours later felt super nauseous. Went to sleep a few hours later & woke up extremely sick. That was the only thing I had eaten. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
