I ordered a burrito bowl with extra chick it also had cheese roasted corn salsa and both types of rice. Within 20 minutes of eat I started getting very hot and having severe abdominal pain then came the diarrhea and vomiting. I told my co worker something just was right with the food so I threw half in the trash. I don’t want to cause any trouble but that was my first and only meal of the day and the onset and timing pointed towards the food. 1/6/2020 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
