I had a barbacoa burrito with cheese, tomatoes, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream. My boyfriend had steak, no sour cream and no tomatos (the only difference with our meals). We ate at 5pm on Saturday and two hours later I had an immediate onset of nausea. Went home and threw up and started a fever and sever stomach cramps. The next day my fever went up to 102 and still had vomiting and severe nausea and now dehydration, couldn't get out of bed. Finally went to urgent care on Monday, feeling better and will be going back to work on Wednesday. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps
