My husband got a chicken Al Pastor burrito with black beans, white rice, medium and hot sauce, lettuce and cheese and I got a chicken Al Pastor taco with mild and medium sauce. My husband started having symptoms about 20 hours later. He has a fever with chills, diarrhea, nausea, and a headache with body aches as well. He’s had these symptoms for going on 4 days.
