Ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, cheese, sour cream and lettuce for lunch. a couple hours after eating i noticed slight body aches and an upset stomach. Got home around 4 and immediately went to sleep for about 2 hours. Woke up with extreme nausea and vomited. Felt awful throughout the night with nausea a headache and body aches. The next day the nausea was pretty much gone but the body aches and headache remain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
