Grabbed lunch Sunday, March 20, 2022. After eating had severe GI issues (diarrhea & vomiting) and felt absolutely awful. I typically have the stomach of a goat, haha. I got a salad bowl with chicken. Thinking it could've been the lettuce mix.
Had to call off work the next day for the first time in 10 years.
I wish I had anything to provide. I didn't think about getting food poisoning so I didn't keep any receipts or take pictures. It was very crowded that day with the line almost out the door. Stood in line for 20-30 minutes and just wanted to leave after eating to get on with the day. Ingredients I ordered: Salad bowl Chicken Pinto beans Mild tomato salsa Cheese Guac | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
