Grabbed lunch Sunday, March 20, 2022. After eating had severe GI issues (diarrhea & vomiting) and felt absolutely awful. I typically have the stomach of a goat, haha. I got a salad bowl with chicken. Thinking it could've been the lettuce mix.

I ate there 5/18/21 around 4pm and 10 hours later in the middle of the night I started having diarrhea and few hours later I started vomiting. I was sick all day on 5/19/21.

Ordered around 2:30 pm on Jan. 4th. By 5:40 I was starting to have mild stomach problems. Queasiness and an odd feeling setting in. It got worse and worse with stomach cramps and diarrhea followed by vomiting which finally eased the symptoms.
