Had a steak bowl with rice, cheese and lettuce. Been having severe stomach cramps and diarrhea ever since about an hour after I ate, and I also have been dizzy with a headache. Not going back here EVER AGAIN. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness
