Tuesday 2/8/22 We ordered bowls at work and we got pretty much the same thing except I got lettuce and fajita veggies on mine. Chicken, pinto beans, brown rice, corn and mild salsa. We ate at 12pm and by 6pm my gut felt weird and I had diarrhea. I continued to poop for the next 45 hours. Like every few minutes. PAINFUL. I’m still messed up but I haven’t eaten so I don’t think I have anything left to expel. I am the only one of the three of us to get sick. It was also the only thing I ate that day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
