Had the chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream & guac. My family of four all ate there on Wednesday night but I was the only one that got sick. I was also the only one that ate sour cream so thinking it was from that. I woke up at 3am with nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps and diarrhea. I was like this for about 8 hours straight. Got a low grade fever and chills yesterday afternoon & finally feeling better this morning, aside from some stomach cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
