I went to the Powell - Sawmill Parkway location on Sunday evening (07/29/2018) around 5:30. I got a Burrito Bowl, with White Rice, Baracoa, Pinto Beans, Queso, Green Salsa, Sour Cream, and Cheese. I felt queasy later that evening, and on Monday morning I woke up to extreme nausea, cramps, and diarrhea. It is now Tuesday, although I feel better, I am still far from 100%. I am still getting stomach pains and I don't feel comfortable leaving the house. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
